Textiles is one of my biggest passions and although I have not had the chance to wholly study it in one project or course, particularly while at uni, although I  have managed to practice my textile skills in series of "mini" projects.

Final Cushion

This is the final cushion cover design which I hand made while interning at the Jane Adams Gallery. This cushion then sold within the first day on being in the gallery floor. 

Technical Studies Piece

This piece was created as part of a textile technical studies workshop in second year,  I experimented with using origami as a method for pattern making. Here I have used brown paper and folding to create a top piece.

Here I have used origami as a medium for making interesting fabric shapes. I have also experimented with pattern making and service design. 

Technical Studies Plant Pot

Making 3D objects from fabric, we were asked to bring in an intricate object to recreate out of calico and stuffing, I was given a plant pot.
